    helpful staff
    great amenities

This place suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and lovely outdoor dining area. Staff once helped me with a local taxi recommendation that I still remember. I'll definitely come back for my next city trip!

    excellent location
    stunning views
    lack of assistance
    dirty floors
    absence of amenities

The location was excellent, just a minute from the subway, and the penthouse room provided stunning views. However, the experience was overshadowed by a lack of assistance with luggage, dirty floors and bathrooms, and a significant absence of basic amenities like food and water. Overall, it felt more like a nightmare than a vacation destination, leading to a feeling of being scammed despite the deluxe room we booked.

    cozy atmosphere
    snack availability
    limited play area

We loved our stay at the blue moon! Having snacks available was a nice touch, too, especially after a long day out!

My children wanted a little more space to play. a small play area would’ve made our stay even better.

    slamming doors
    temperature control

Glass doors in the hallways slam shut, resulting in frequent noise disturbances that can interrupt your peace. Additionally, there's no microwave in the room, which might be a downside for those who prefer to heat up leftovers or snacks. Room temperature control can be a bit confusing, owing to a centralized system that doesn’t always fit individual preferences, leaving some guests feeling either too hot or cold.

The Historic Blue Moon Hotel, Nyc beautifully combines historic charm with modern decor, creating an inviting atmosphere. I especially appreciated the spacious common areas, which made it easy for seniors like myself to navigate comfortably.

More staff assistance for senior guests would be helpful.

    comforting stay with great views

The balcony offered a lovely outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the city view. The bed was exceptionally large, giving plenty of room to relax after a long day.

The overall ambiance felt a bit dull and could use some refreshing decor.

Charming place with a large bed and flat-screen TV. The kitchenette was handy for snacks, and the bathroom had a nice shower. Quiet room with air conditioning and a carbon monoxide detector.
