The location was excellent, just a minute from the subway, and the penthouse room provided stunning views. However, the experience was overshadowed by a lack of assistance with luggage, dirty floors and bathrooms, and a significant absence of basic amenities like food and water. Overall, it felt more like a nightmare than a vacation destination, leading to a feeling of being scammed despite the deluxe room we booked.

We loved our stay at the blue moon! Having snacks available was a nice touch, too, especially after a long day out!
My children wanted a little more space to play. a small play area would’ve made our stay even better.

missingWrote a review on Jul 18slamming doorstemperature control
Glass doors in the hallways slam shut, resulting in frequent noise disturbances that can interrupt your peace. Additionally, there's no microwave in the room, which might be a downside for those who prefer to heat up leftovers or snacks. Room temperature control can be a bit confusing, owing to a centralized system that doesn’t always fit individual preferences, leaving some guests feeling either too hot or cold.
